Hi! My name is Laura and I am so excited that you are here! I am a Mom of 3, a girl and twin boys. We love our life of organized chaos. 

Fertility issues led me down the rabbit hole of living a green and clean life and I want to share it with all of you so you don’t have to search all of google. I was given less than a 1% chance of having kids because my hormones were so off. It took IVF to assist us, but I was able to regulate my hormones naturally by removing toxins from my everyday life. I also share a lot of what I learned through my fertility journey and fertility/hormone coaching certifications. 

I am a Midwest girl at heart, living in Arizona. I love fitness. I have owned a gym and been a CrossFit coach for years. I love practical style that is a good combo of comfort and fashion (can you say pockets?!). I am overly organized (give me all the clear bins).
